Youth Tourism Manifesto

The Youth Tourism Manifesto was adopted in 1967 by the special BITS Congress held in Fiuggi (Italy). Updated in 1981, the manifesto presents the fundamental elements of youth holidays and of the role of institutions in order to facilitate youth tourism, which is an important component of social tourism.
