Federazione Italiana Turismo Sociale FITUS

The Italian Federation of Social Tourism (FITu.S.) is a non-profit organization, founded in 1993. Its members carry out the most important activities in tourism social in Italy. It's a national association of social promotion, recognized by the Italian  Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. The ten Federations associated to FITuS account for more than 3 million citizens: young people and tourists, eager discovering nature, art and culture, with the CTS, Carta Giovani and the CTG; seniors people, workers, families, disabled, assisted by the activities of ANTEAS, ANCOS and CTAcli;  athletes and their families organized from ACSI and AICS; users of the hospitality offered by the Youth hostel of AIG, the civic volunteers of Pro Loco membership in UNPLI. 

It's a network that has over 10,000 recreational clubs, several thousand of local association, hundreds of travel and hospitality agencies, in all regions and provinces of Italy.
